The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination. Their admission at all the stages of the UPSC NDA, NA examination 2023 will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Education Qualification :
- For Army Wing of National Defence Academy :—12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy :—12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Note : Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.
Age Limit :
- Minimum: not earlier than 02-01-2005
- Maximum: not later than 01-01-2008
Application Fess : For General Candidates: RS 100/- For SC/ST/ Female/Wards of JCOs/ NCOs/ ORs Candidates: NIL
