Eligibility Criteria
1. Additional Assistant Engineer – Civil (Advt 303)
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent branches like Construction Technology, Public Health Engineering) from a recognized institution
- Important: Candidates with only a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering are NOT eligible
- Age Limit: 18 to 33 Years (age relaxation as per Gujarat Govt norms)
- Computer Knowledge: Basic computer knowledge required
- Language: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi
2. Staff Nurse – Ayurveda (Advt 399)
- Education: Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing from Gujarat Ayurvedic Nursing Faculty
- Eligibility: Only Divyang (PwBD) candidates
- Age Limit: Up to 45 Years (with PwBD relaxation)
3. Physiotherapist (Advt 400)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized university + registered with relevant council
- Eligibility: Only Divyang (PwBD) candidates
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years

Selection Process
Selection for all three posts is based on a single-stage written examination only — there is no interview.
- Exam Format: CBRT (Computer Based Response Test) or OMR
- Part A: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Gujarati, English, Quantitative Aptitude – 60 Marks
- Part B: Subject-specific technical questions – 150 Marks
- Total: 210 Marks
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer
- Qualifying Standard: Minimum 40% in both Part A and Part B separately

How to Apply Online – Step by Step
- Visit the official OJAS portal: ojas.gujarat.gov.in
- Click on “Online Application” and select GSSSB
- Select your advertisement number (303, 399, or 400)
- Click “Apply” and enter your One Time Registration (OTR) details
- Fill in personal and educational details carefully
- Upload your photograph and signature as per specifications
- Pay the application fee online (Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI)
- Submit the application and save the confirmation number
Candidates whose previous applications were cancelled due to non-payment of fee can pay the fee against their cancelled confirmation number without applying afresh (for AAE post).
