Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) is the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), India’s first shore-based integrated Steel Plant built with state-of-the-art technology and a prime producer of long steel products in the country having extensive market in infrastructure, construction, automobile, electrical and forging industry. With an annual turnover of Rs 21,000 crores, RINL is gearing up production to achieve rated capacity of 7.3 Mtpa Liquid Steel having three Captive Mines and 25 Marketing Branches Pan India. Forged Wheel Plant is another unit of RINL being commissioned at Raebareli, UP.

Educational Qualification:
Junior Trainee: Candidates having NCVT Institute approved ITI Certification in relevant trades /Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch(above mentioned) from any recognized Institute/University will be eligible for this post.
Additional Preferential Qualification Criteria for Jr. trainee Posts: Along with above-mentioned qualification Candidates who have passed Intermediate level of Examination along with having Graduation Degree in any stream & having B.E./B.Tech, BL, BHMS etc MBA will be eligible too for this Post.
Operator Cum Mechanic Trainee: Candidates who have completed their Matriculation Level of Examination along with ITI/Diploma /Engineering(Diploma in relevant trade with 60% Marks(Gen /OBC) & 50% Marks(SC/ST/PH) from any recognized Institute/University and having Heavy Motor Vehicle License will be eligible for this post.

Age Limit: (As on 01-07-2019) Minimum: 18 Years, Maximum: 27 Years, Age Relaxation (Upper Age Limit): SC/ST – 32 Years, PH – 10 Years, Meritorious Sports Person – 05 Years.
Pay Scale:
Monthly Stipend during 1st Year –Rs. 10,700/-
Monthly Stipend during rest Training Tenure –12,200/-
Training Tenure-24 Months
