Educational qualification:
Plant Biologist: M.Sc. with minimum 55 % marks in Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Forestry/Wildlife Science/Agriculture from any recognise university with minimum 4 years work experience in the field of biodiversity conservation and research programme.
Wildlife Biologist: M.Sc. with minimum 55 % marks in Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Forestry/Wildlife Science/Agriculture from any recognise university with minimum 4 years work experience in the field of biodiversity conservation and research programme.
Sociologist: M.S.W./M.R.S/ M.A with Sociology with minimum 55 % marks from any recognise university with minimum 4 years work experience in the field of biodiversity conservation and research programme.
Project coordinator: M.S.W/M.R.S/ M.A In Sociology /M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Forestry/Wildlife Science/Agriculture with minimum 55 % marks from any recognise university with minimum 4 years work experience in the field of biodiversity conservation and research programme.
GIS Specialist: B.Sc or B.A (Geography) , Masters in Geo-informatics/Geo-matics with minimum 55 % mar from any recognise university with minimum 4 years of working and handling GIS , candidate must have knowledge of handling ERDAS, Arc GIS,Q GIS etc.
Project Assistant: B.Sc Life Sciences/Environmental Sciences/Forestry/Wildlife Science/Agriculture/B.R.S/B.S.W. with minimum fours year of work experience in relevant field/ Masters in above mentioned subjects having knowledge of computers, data entry and willingness to work under arduous field conditions
Age limit: 40 years other posts & 35 years for Project assistant post
Salary: Rs. 44,000 for other posts & Rs. 16,500 for Project assistant
Selection Process : Candidates Jobs Final selection will be based on Interview.
Conditions:
- The post is purely on contractual basis. If necessary it will be extended on mutual understanding.
- Working area will be Gujarat with headquarters at Research Division, Gandhinagar.
- No other extra allowances will be given except travelling allowance during field visit according to rules.
- Tax will be deducted from monthly emolument.
