- Post Graduate / Graduate Degree in Engineering with Specialization in PublicHealth Engineering or Diploma in Engineering. Experience in procurement, design and supervision of infrastructure works. Experience Min. 03 Years
- Housing Finance & Policy Specialist:01 Post
- Post Graduate / Graduate Degree in Finance or Equivalent Qualification from Recognized University. Experience in Housing Finance or Banking or Housing Policy. Experience Min. 03 to 05 Years
- Social Organizer (NULM):01 Post
- Any Graduateand Having 03 years experience of social work.

Salary : (Fixed Per Month)

- Municipal Civil Engineer : 35,000/-
- Housing Finance & Policy Specialist : 30,000/-
