• Assistant:88 Posts
  • Graduate having BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA from UGC recognized University with minimum 60% marks for UR category candidates and 55% for SC, ST, SEBC & UR-EWS category candidates.
• Engineer:23 Posts
  • B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent Degree in Electrical Engineering from UGC recognized University with minimum 60% marks for UR category candidates and 55% for SC, ST, SEBC and UR-EWS category candidates.

 Application Fee:   Rs. 500/- whereas SC/ST Category Candidates have to pay of Rs. 250/-
Selection Process: UGVCL Candidates Selection will be on written test and interview Base.
UGVCL Vidyut Sahayak Jr. Engineer / Assistant Exam Syllabus

• Assistant:There will be 04 sections in Multiple Choice Question paper having approximate equal weightage for each section:
  • Section – I: General Knowledge – 20%
  • Section – II: English Language – 20%
  • Section – III: Maths & General Science – 20%
  • Section – IV: Analytical & Logical Reasoning – 20%
  • Section – V: Computer Knowledge – 20%
  • The question paper will be in English and Gujarati language. Canvassing in any form shall debar the candidate from selection.
• Engineer:There will be 04 sections in Multiple Choice Question paper having approximate equal weight age for each section
  • Section – I: General Knowledge – 10%
  • Section – II: English Language – 15%
  • Section – III: Electrical Engineer – 60%
  • Section – IV: Computer Knowledge – 15%
  • The question paper will be in English language only
  • Canvassing in any form shall debar the candidate from selection.
