Name of the Posts, Education:
- Executive Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer:
- Incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5 years as Chief Financial Officer in large company having sales turnover of Rs 1000/- crores or more. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
- General Manager (Human Resources):
- Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/ University and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5-7 years as Head of HR Dept. in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
- Company Secretary:
- Incumbent should be a Company Secretary (CS) and LL.B. and around 15 years of post qualification experience, out of which, 8 years as Company Secretary in a listed company preferably large Industrial organization having paid up capital of more than Rs 150 crores.
- Chief Manager (Human Resources):
- Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed Institute/University and around 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years at Senior level position in HR Dept. in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
