Name of Post : Officer (Human Resource) MP-149
Eligibility Criteria : MSW/MLW/MPM/Graduate in any discipline with 1st class with MBA(HR)/MHRM (2 years’ full time course) from reputed institute / University. Min. 2-3 years of post qualification experience on similar position in the field of HR in large industrial organization. Incumbent should have an in-depth experience in the areas of industrial Relations, Disciplinary matters & Litigation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Contract Labour Mgt., Compensation Restructuring, Performance Management System, Organizational Development Initiative etc. Experience of MS Office and other PC Software and familiarity with HRMS/SAP system will be an added advantage.
Age : Maximum 30 years

• Exposure to Computer and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
• The incumbent may be placed at the main site of the Company at Bharuch or at TDI II – Dahej as per the requirement of the Company
• The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Agreement for the amount of Rs. 2.5 lacs for a period of 5 (five) years
